Study on emergency intervention treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of emergency interventional treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding who received emergency intervention treatment at Gaotang County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected for the study. After admission, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group using computer randomization, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with endoscopic drug injection, while the observation group was treated with endoscopic metal clamp surgery. The treatment effectiveness, secondary bleeding rate, bleeding cessation, digestive function recovery and hospitalization time were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group;the secondary bleeding rate was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group with 23.33%,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=4.043,5.192,P<0.05).The bleeding cessation, digestive function recovery and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency intervention treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding had a good effect, and endoscopic metal clamp surgery was more conducive to improving treatment efficiency, accelerating bleeding cessation, digestive function recovery and hospital stay, while reducing the probability of secondary bleeding. It was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
