Effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with estrogen on perimenopausal syndrome
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Kuntai Capsules combined with estrogen in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,and provide a reference plan for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 78 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Shandong Province Liaocheng City Gaotang County People's Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group,with 39 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received treatment with estrogen(estradiol valerate tablets+progesterone),while the study group received treatment with Kuntai Capsules in addition to the control group.The therapeutic effects and hormone secretion levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.87％,which was significantly higher than 76.92％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.238,P＜0.05).After treatment,E2 and LH in the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine estrogen treatment in clinical practice,the addition of Kuntai Capsules could significantly leverage the advantages of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients,improve the treatment effect of perimenopausal syndrome patients,and improve their hormone secretion levels.It was worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
