Effect of continuous nursing on stroke patients with tracheotomy
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of continuous nursing on stroke patients with tracheotomy.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with tracheostomy admitted to Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Random sampling was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received continuous nursing intervention.The treatment outcomes and nursing satisfaction rates between two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=11.111 1,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.274 5,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing had a significant clinical effect on stroke patients with tracheostomy,playing an important promoting role in improving satisfaction rate with nursing of patients,and had high practical application value in clinical practice.
