The impact of continuous nursing under the Internet platform on diabetic patients
Objective To observe the influence of continuous nursing on patients with diabetes under the Internet platform,in order to explore better nursing methods for diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes treated in Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing based on the Internet platform.The changes of self-management ability,blood glucose level and life quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the blood glucose level,self-management ability and quality of life between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose index,self-management ability and quality of life in both groups were better than before intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00％,which was higher than 84.00％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.000,P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing model based on the Internet platform had significant nursing effect in the clinical treatment of diabetes patients,which could effectively improve the self-management ability of patients,improve blood sugar level and improve the quality of life.
