Study on the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on breastfeeding after cesarean section
Objective To analyze the effect and influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on breastfeeding after cesarean section,in order to provide guidance for the nursing of breastfeeding after cesarean section.Methods A total of 138 cases of parturients with cesarean section admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-Ⅰ Memorial Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Parturients were divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group by random 1:1 grouping method,with 69 cases in each group.Parturients in the comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing intervention,parturients in the routine nursing group received routine nursing services.The first lactation time of parturients,the amount of lactation at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery and breastfeeding mode of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The first lactation time of parturients in the comprehensive nursing group was(14.36±1.59)hours,which was shorter than that in the routine nursing group with(25.06±2.33)hours,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.451,P＜0.05).The amount of lactation in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the comprehensive nursing group was 84.06％,which was higher than that in the routine nursing group with 52.17％;the rate of artificial feeding was 10.14％,and the rate of mixed feeding was 5.80％,which both were lower than 27.54％and 20.29％in routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=1 1.352,19.327,15.809,P＜0.05).Conclusion In the process of providing nursing services for parturients with cesarean section,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention could shorten the first lactation time and improve the amount of lactation,which had ideal clinical guiding value and significance,and could be used as an ideal nursing plan for parturients with cesarean section to promote.
