Exploration of necessity and operating ideas of carrying out medical science popularization in public hospitals
Objective As the main force of the medical and health industry system,public hospitals should fully undertake the responsibilities of medical science popularization.This article aimed to explore the necessity of carrying out medical science popularization in public hospitals,and provide scientific and reasonable operational strategies for public hospitals to carry out medical science popularization work.Methods By consulting national policy documents and relevant field literature over the years,combined with the background of the current increasing development of new media and the rise of a new wave of medical reform,to discover and analyze the necessity of the public hospitals carrying out medical science popularization work,and propose corresponding operational suggestions.Results The implementation of medical science popularization in public hospitals would further comprehensively promote the implementation of the healthy China strategy,meet the health needs of the people,help build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,build a hospital's golden brand,and at the same time which was an important means to identify"pseudo popular science".Public hospitals could promote the development of medical science popularization by focusing on hot topics of current affairs,improving personnel training,carrying out accurate science popularization,making good use of the media,improving incentive measures and innovating popularization methods,etc.Conclusion It was imperative for public hospitals to carry out medical science popularization.Under the premise of policy support,we must pay attention to improving team building,creating vivid science popularization,build a healthy medical science popularization brand,and take multiple measures to improve the ability of public hospitals to carry out medical science popularization.
