The impact of high-quality nursing on patients undergoing ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients undergoing ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy and its influence on surgical patients,and to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing of patients undergoing ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsis admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-Ⅰ Memorial Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were included for the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and reference group with 46 cases in each group.The observation group received high-quality nursing interventions,while the reference group received routine postoperative nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,hospital stay,quality of life score,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction degree score between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.17％,which was lower than that in the reference group with 15.22％,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.080 0,P＜0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the scores of postoperative quality of life,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree were all higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy was good,which had a positive impact on patients after surgery,could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients,shorten the postoperative hospital stay of patients,improve the quality of life,the quality of nursing and the nursing satisfaction degree,it was worthy of clinical application and in-depth discussion.
