The influence of health education on role of prevention and control of tuberculosis,hepatitis B and AIDS
Objective To observe the effect of health education in the prevention and control of tuberculosis,hepatitis B and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS),so as to provide reference for improving the prevention and control effect of residents.Methods A total of 120 residents who received survey on tuberculosis,hepatitis B and AIDS at the hospital in the jurisdiction from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and study group with 60 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group underwent routine management,while the study group applied health education on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of diseases,diseases knowledge mastery rate,compliance rate and satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of diseases in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.227,P<0.05).The mastery rate of diseases knowledge in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group with 85.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.904,P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group with 81.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.175,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.886,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in the prevention and control of tuberculosis,hepatitis B and AIDS could effectively reduce the incidence rate of diseases,enhance residents'awareness of infectious diseases knowledge,and improve residents'satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
