Study on the effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of severe organophosphate poisoning
Objective To analyze the application effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of severe organophosphate poisoning, and to provide reference for formulating clinical treatment plans. Methods A total of 82 patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine internal medicine treatment, while the observation group received hemoperfusion treatment. The clinical indicators, incidence of complicatons and clinical test indicators of two groups were compared. Results The consciousness recovery time, mechanical ventilation time, cholinesterase recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.20%,which was lower than 31.71%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.556,P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),serum cholinesterase(CHE),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion could help reduce the incidence of complications in patients with severe organophosphate poisoning, shorten treatment time and improve clinical prognosis, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
