摘要
甲状腺乳头状癌是一种比较常见的肿瘤疾病,该病在治疗上有一定的难度,对于该病治疗而言科学的诊断及分析非常关键.目前,在临床研究中,以基因检测为主对甲状腺乳头状癌进行诊断.总体来看,相关基因的识别和分析能够对致病的诱发因素作出评估,且能够以基因分型为主有效实施对应的治疗指导.相关研究分析发现,以基因研究为基础能够了解患者的患病情况,可以为患者疾病的干预和治疗提供帮助,对患者自身的疾病治疗及干预有重要意义,且能够在患者治疗过程中突出治疗特色.鉴于此,本文就甲状腺乳头状癌相关基因的研究进展进行综述,以期能够对甲状腺乳头状癌的发病诱发因素以及其相关的致病基因有一个初步的了解,在患者治疗处置方案的选择和实施上提供指导,从而有效提高该病的治疗及预防效果.
Abstract
Papillary thyroid carcinoma is a relatively common tumor disease,the disease has some difficulty in the treatment,the scientific diagnosis and analysis are very critical for the treatment of this disease.At present,in clinical research,diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma is mainly based on genetic testing.In general,the identification and analysis of relevant genes can evaluate the triggering factors of disease,and can effectively implement the corresponding treatment guidance based on gene typing.The relevant research analysis has found that the genetic research can be used as a basis to understand the patient's condition,provide assistance for disease intervention and treatment,and have important significance for the patient's own disease treatment and intervention.It can also highlight the treatment characteristics in the patient's treatment process.In view of this,this paper reviews the research progress of related genes of papillary thyroid carcinoma,in order to have a preliminary understanding of the triggering factors and related pathogenic genes of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and to provide guidance on the selection and implementation of treatment plans for patients,so as to effectively improve the treatment and prevention effect of this disease.
