Progress in relate diagnosis of biochemical detection of benign and malignant ascites
Benign and malignant ascites can occur in a variety of diseases, and different treatment methods are used for benign and malignant ascites caused by different reasons.Routine examination, enzymatic examination, biochemical examination, tumor marker examination and cytological examination can all be used for the examination of the disease, and biochemical examinations are commonly used for the diagnosis of the nature of ascites. In the diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites, serum biochemical and immunological index detection methods are widely used, but there are corresponding limitations in specificity and sensitivity.Biochemistry, cytology, molecular biology, immunology and other related examination measures are used to distinguish the nature of ascites well and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of the disease.Multiple biochemical indicators are used for the diagnosis of benign and malignant asctites, including cholesterol, serum ascites albumin concentration, fibronectin, adenosine deaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, carcinoembryonic antigen, free fatty acids, telomerase, glucose and pH value detection, etc. At present,a large number of studies have confirmed that the above-mentioned biochemical indicators are very important in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites, and they are of great significance to the study of biochemical detection of benign and malignant ascites. This paper reviews the progress of the application and diagnosis of biochemical indexes in benign and malignant ascites,in order to provide guidance for the diagnosis of the nature of asctites.
