Analysis of the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of acne in children
Objective To explore the influence and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of early adolescent acne in children. Methods A total of 120 children with acne aged 8-12 years treated in the dermatology department of Tianjin Women and Children's Health Center from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected for the study. The children were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Foxidic acid cream, the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and global acne grading system(GAGS)scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.49,P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in GAGS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,GAGS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of acne in early youth of children was increasing year by year, which caused anxiety of children and their parents.Improper diet, insufficient sleep, insufficient exercise and anxiety might be the main factors leading to the increase of the incidence of acne in children.Standardized, reasonable and overall comprehensive intervention had positive significance in improving the therapeutic effect of early adolescent acne in children, reducing the recurrence rate and preventing the occurrence of adolescent acne.
