The role of lung rehabilitation nursing plan in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To explore the role of lung rehabilitation nursing plan in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to provide reference for the development of clinical intervention plans. Methods A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to Tianjin Wuqing District Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received lung rehabilitation nursing plan. The recovery time of heart rate, dyspnea and blood oxygen saturation, the forced vital capacity(FVC),first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),6-minute walking test(6MWT),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and the total satisfaction rate of nursing between the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of heart rate, dyspnea and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1,PEF,6MWT and PaO2 in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.615,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing lung rehabilitation nursing plan for COPD patients could help control patients'condition, improve lung function and blood gas indicators, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
