Application of enhanced targeted operating room nursing in craniocerebral surgery
Objective To explore the application value of enhanced targeted operating room nursing in patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery. Methods The study subjects were 82 patients who underwent craniocerebral surgery in Tianjin New City Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group by simple randomization method. The control group received conventional operating room nursing and the observation group received enhanced targeted operating room nursing. The consciousness status, degree of neurological damage, and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups'patients. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference between GCSand NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,GCS and NIHSS scores in both groups were better than before nursing, and the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of enhanced targeted operating room nursing for patients in craniocerebral surgery, through the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative targeted nursing intervention, could reduce the psychological stress reaction of patients, reduce the degree of nerve damage of patients, promote the recovery of patients'consciousness, and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
