Application of composite insulation in the nursing of operating room of hysterectomy
Objective To analyze the application value of composite insulation in the operating room nursing for patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent hysterectomy in Yantai Laiyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a digital blind selection method, with 40 patients in each group. Both groups underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy. The control group received routine insulation measures in the operating room, while the observation group received composite insulation measures in the operating room. The temperature changes and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results Before the surgery, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes after anesthesia,at the end of the operation and 60 min after the operation, the body temperature in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.135,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing composite insulation measures in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing hysterectomy could maintain body temperature balance and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which was worhty of clinical promotion and application.
