Effect of comprehensive nursing on minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture treatment for patients with kidney stones
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing on minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture in the treatment of patients with kidney stones,to provide guidance for the clinical nursing of patients with kidney stones after treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney stones who received minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture treatment in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into reference group and study group with 50 cases in each group according to the order of adnission. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The psychological status, pain degree before and after intervention, surgical time, get out of bed time, hospital stay and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no differences in the various psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the various psychological status scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical time, time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the study group were all shorter than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the VAS score of the study group was(3.34±1.08)points,which was lower than that of the reference group with(4.08±1.26)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.153,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than that in the reference group with 16.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of kidney stones by minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture had significant effect, which could effectively improve the patient's psychological condition, shorter the surgical time and hospital stay, and reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of complications, which had higher clinical applicvation value.
