中药膏方临床应用研究进展

摘要
膏方是中药的八大常见剂型之一,围绕治未病的理念,在辨证的基础上因时、因人制宜,治病防病相结合,体现了祖国传统医学的精华.膏方突破了中药汤剂和中成药的局限性,结合了二者治疗的灵活性、针对性和服药的便利性,能够明显提高患者的依从性.对于慢性虚损类疾病,膏方能够长时间、持续补益本元、充实气血,滋补与治疗疾病全面兼顾,防病和治病有机结合.膏方在辨证的基础上,体现了一人一方的灵活性、针对性.从四时养生的角度来说,膏方四季均可服用,只是在处方上,考虑到人要顺应自然,如夏季湿重、患者多纳差,多以清补为主;秋冬季相对干燥,适当加滋阴、润燥之品.对于糖尿病的并发症、高血压、失眠等需要长期调理的人群,口服膏方往往是这部分患者的首选.本文结合相关文献从膏方起源、应用背景、临床应用及名家经验进行综述,以期进一步深入了解膏方,为临床疾病的相关治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Ointment formula is one of the eight common formulations of traditional Chinese medicine,which focuses on the concept of treating diseases before they occur,on the basis of syndrome differentiation,takes measures according to time and individual conditions,and combimes treatment and prevention,and embodies the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.The ointment formula breaks through the limitations of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,combines the flexibility,pertinence and convenience of treatment of both,and can significantly improve compliance of patients.For the chronic deficiency and damage diseases,ointment formula can nourish the essence for a long time and continuously,enrich qi and blood,comprehensively balance nourishing and treating diseases,and organically combine disease prevention and treatment.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,the ointment formula reflects the flexibility and specificity of one person,one prescription.From the perspective of Four Seasons Health Preservation,the ointment formula can be taken all year round.However,in terms of prescription,considering the need for people to follow nature,such as heavy dampness in summer,and patients often have poor appetite,the main focus is on light tonifying;autumn and winter are relatively dry,so add nourishing Yin and moisturizing dryness products appropriately.For people who need long-term recuperation such as complications of diabetes mellitus,hypertension and insomnia,oral ointment formula is often the first choice for these patients.This article reviews the origin,application background,clinical application,and famous masters'experience of ointment formulas based on relevant literature,in order to further deepen the understanding of ointment formulas and provide reference for the treatment of clinical diseases.
