Analysis and research on the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine
Migraine is a disease symptom caused by abnormal vasodilation and contraction of blood vessels inside and outside the skull.Related studies have found that the mechanism of migraine onset is relatively complex.During the onset, patients will experience vasoconstriction, leading to intracranial artery spasm, which can cause the arteries inside and outside the skull to dilation in a short period of time, leading to severe pain symptoms in patients. This article summarizes Xu Jianping's basic pathogenesis and main treatment principles for migraine.Based on the etiology and specific clinical symptoms of migraine patients, the pathogenic mechanism of migraine is analyzed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly including wind heat with phlegm obstruction, headache dizziness, and eyebrow bone pain.Targeted treatment plans of Xuanqi Decoction combined with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction are implemented to effectively play the role of dispelling wind, clearing heat and relieving pain. The combination of Xuanqi Decoction and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can exert sedative and hypnotic effects, inhibiting the reuptake and storage of related neurotransmitters by central noradrenergic nerve endings and dopamine nerve endings.Related research experiments have also proven that the combination of Xuanqi Decoction and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction has a significant analgesic effect, which can effectively improve migraine symptoms, significantly shorten the treatment course, and have no obvious adverse reactions. It has high treatment safety, thus achieving the goal of improving cerebrovascular dysfunction and effectively promoting early recovery of patients.
