Application effect of real-time nursing quality control in patients with critically ill
Objective To analyze the application effect of real-time nursing quality control in the nursing management of critically ill patients, and provide reference for formulating clinical nursing plans. Methods A total of 70 critically ill patients admitted to Boxing County People's Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by using random drawing method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing management, while the observation group received real-time nursing quality control management based on the control group. The nursing quality scores and satisfaction rate between two groups were compared. Results The scores of condition observation, specialized nursing, basic nursing, nursing complications, health education, nursing record and emergency supplies in the observation group were(95.7±1.6),(98.0±0.8),(97.0±1.0),(97.1±1.1),(94.2±1.5),(96.5±1.6)and(96.9±1.4)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with(86.9±2.1),(87.9±1.4),(87.5±1.8),(89.0±0.9),(88.2±0.6),(88.2±2.3)and(87.9±2.0)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.1%,which was higher than 82.9%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.968,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of real-time nursing quality control in critically ill patients could enhance the observation conditions, specialized nursing, basic nursing, complication nursing, health education and other interventions of patients through the improvement of nursing quality, improve patients'satisfaction rate of nursing, and achieve significant nursing effects, which was worthy of clinical application.
