Effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on patients with varicose veins of lower extremities
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with varicose veins surgery of lower extremities.Methods From January to December 2021,60 patients with varicose veins surgery of lower extremities admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random color ball method,with 30 patients in each group.Routine nursing was applied in the control group,and perioperative comprehensive nursing was applied in the observation group.The hospitalization time,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was(8.31±1.26)days,which was shorter than that in the control group with(10.05±1.76)days;the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67％,which was lower than 30.00％in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 70.00％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.680,P＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with varicose veins surgery of lower extremities could reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient nursing satisfaction rate,promote early recovery of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
