Analysis of prevention and treatment of hypertension complications
Objective To introduce the specific prevention and treatment measures for hypertension complications,and to study and analyze the effects on the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 90 hypertensive patients who were treated in Tianjin Hexi District Tianta Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group with odd numbers assigned and control group with even numbers according to the odd and even method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antihypertensive drugs,the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with prevention and treatment of complications.The incidence rate of complication and the changes in quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF score)before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in WHOQOL-BREF score between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05);but the WHOQOL-BREF score in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Scientific and reasonable prevention and treatment of hypertension complications could significantly reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
