Analysis of response measures for unqualified blood samples in community clinical test
Objective To discuss the causes of unqualified blood samples in clinical test and relevant preventive measures.Methods A total of 200 blood samples of patients who underwent blood test in Xiaman Siming District Yundang Streat Community Health Service Center from February 2021 to December 2022 were studied,and the unqualified rate of clinical test was counted,and the reasons for the unqualified blood samples were found.Based on this,targeted countermeasures were proposed.Results In this retrospective analysis,the unqualified rate of clinical test of blood samples was 12.50％.Among the unqualified samples,12.00％were caused by coagulation,16.00％by untimely transportation,16.00％by hemolysis,28.00％by incomplete or missing patient information,16.00％by nonstandard blood collection process,and 16.00％by unreasonable use of anticoagulants.Conclusion The quality control of clinical blood test was the basis of reliable and accurate for test results,including hemolytic anemia laboratory test,blood routine test,bone marrow cytology monitoring,cross matching test and blood type identification,etc.The test quality and test method of each link had a significant impact on the test quality control effect.There were many reasons for disqualification of blood samples.We should analyze the specific situation,clarify the specific reasons,and propose preventive strategies to improve the accuracy of blood test and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
