优质护理在产科门诊胎心监护中的应用研究

摘要
目的 为提高妇产科门诊护理水平和质量,探讨优质护理在产科门诊胎心监护中的应用效果.方法 选取天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院妇产科门诊自2021年2月—2022年1月接诊的60例孕妇为对照组,另选2022年2-11月接诊的60例孕妇为研究组,对照组行常规产检护理,研究组在对照组的基础上行优质护理.比较两组孕妇的胎心监测情况以及护理满意率.结果 研究组阴性率为95.00％,明显优于对照组的83.33％,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.227,P＜0.05).研究组护理总满意率为95.00％,高于对照组的71.67％,差异有统计学意义(x2=11.760,P＜0.05).结论 妇产科门诊实施优质护理,有助于降低假阳性率,且孕妇对护理满意度评价高,促使妇产科门诊护理水平和护理质量得到进一步提高,且胎儿发育及孕妇状态都保持相对健康,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in fetal heart rate monitoring in obstetrics and gynecology clinic,in order to improve the level and quality of nursing in obstetrics and gynecology clinic.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women who were admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group,and another 60 pregnant women who received medical treatment from February to November 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group received routine prenatal nursing,while the study group received high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The fetal heart rate monitoring status and nursing satisfaction rate of pregnant women in two groups were compared.Results The negative rate of the study group was 95.00％,which was significantly better than 83.33％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.227,P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 95.00％,which was higher than 71.67％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=11.760,P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology clinic helped to reduce false positive rates,and pregnant women had a high evaluation of nursing satisfaction,which further improved the level and quality of nursing in obstetrics and gynecology clinic.Moreover,the fetal development and pregnant woman's condition remain relatively healthy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
