Nursing and rehabilitation guidance measures after breast cancer operation
Objective To explore the nursing and rehabilitation guidance measures after breast cancer surgery,in order to provide assistance in improving the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer who were operated in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received postoperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance.The negative emotions,satisfaction rate and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared.Negative emotions were evaluated using the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS),nursing satisfaction rate was evaluated using the newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS),and patient quality of life was investigated using the world health organization quality of life brief(WHO-QOL-BREF).Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WHO-QOL-BREF scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance for breast cancer patients was conducive to the alleviation of anxiety and depression,and could improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
