Effect of quality control circle on reducing writing defect of ICU nursing records
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of quality control circle activities on reducing writing defects in ICU nursing records,in order to better improve nursing quality.Methods A total of 100 patients who received treatment in the ICU of Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing methods,while the study group patients received quality control circle activity management.The nursing outcomes and quality of nursing record writing between two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing record writing defects in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 8.00%in the control group;the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was 88.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group;the incidence of nursing disputes,nursing complaints and nursing errors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle was a new management method.In order to solve existing problems and achieve better results,relevant personnel spontaneously organized groups and used simple quality control methods to analyze and solve problems,in order to achieve the goal.Implementing quality control circle activity management measures for ICU patients could reduce the incidence of nursing record writing defects,complaints and nursing errors,and improve patients'satisfaction rate of nursing.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
