品管圈降低重症监护病房护理记录书写缺陷效果

摘要
目的 探讨分析品管圈活动降低重症监护病房(ICU)护理记录书写缺陷的效果,更好地提高护理质量.方法 研究纳入2020年1月—2021年1月在天津市第一中心医院ICU中接受治疗的100例患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例.对照组患者采用常规护理方法,研究组患者采用品管圈活动管理.对两组患者护理结局及护理记录书写质量进行比较和分析.结果 研究组患者护理记录书写缺陷发生率为6.00％,低于对照组的28.00％;护理总满意率为88.00％,高于对照组的68.00％;护理纠纷、护理投诉以及护理差错发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 品管圈是一种新的管理方法.为了解决存在的问题,取得更好的效果,相关人员自发组织成组,运用简单的质量控制方法分析和解决问题,从而达到目标.对ICU患者采取品管圈活动管理措施,可以降低护理记录书写缺陷、投诉事件以及护理差错等事件的发生率,并提高患者的护理满意率,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of quality control circle activities on reducing writing defects in ICU nursing records,in order to better improve nursing quality.Methods A total of 100 patients who received treatment in the ICU of Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing methods,while the study group patients received quality control circle activity management.The nursing outcomes and quality of nursing record writing between two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing record writing defects in the study group was 6.00％,which was lower than 8.00％in the control group;the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was 88.00％,which was higher than 68.00％in the control group;the incidence of nursing disputes,nursing complaints and nursing errors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle was a new management method.In order to solve existing problems and achieve better results,relevant personnel spontaneously organized groups and used simple quality control methods to analyze and solve problems,in order to achieve the goal.Implementing quality control circle activity management measures for ICU patients could reduce the incidence of nursing record writing defects,complaints and nursing errors,and improve patients'satisfaction rate of nursing.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
