Study on evidence-based operating room nursing effect of open craniocerebral injury
Objective To explore the implementation effect of evidence-based operating room nursing on patients with open craniocerebral injury,in order to provide reference for improving clinical treatment effectiveness of patients with open craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 104 patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 who underwent emergency surgical treatment for open craniocerebral injury were selected.According to different nursing methods, the enrolled patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based operating room nursing on the basis of the control group. The neurological function score, incidence of infection and nursing quality score between two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was(13.11±1.39)points,which was lower than that of the control group with(18.35±3.82)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.295,P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group was 1.92%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group with 15.38%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.379,P<0.05).The various nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based operating room nursing for patients with open craniocerebral injury had improved the quality of operating room nursing, reduced the incidence of patients'infections, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
