The application of experiential teaching in clinical nursing of hematology internal medicine department
Objective To study and analyze the influence of experiential teaching in the clinical teaching of hematology internal medicine department nursing on the teaching quality.Methods From October 2021 to May 2023,88 hematology internal medicine department nursing interns of Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the single and double number,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each group.The single number was divided into the observation group with experiential teaching,and the double number was divided into the control group with conventional teaching mode.The teaching quality and teaching evaluation of the two groups were observed and compared.Results In the observation group,the operational examination,theoretical examination,nursing rounds,medical record writing,communication skills,comprehensive performance and total score were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of the evaluation of knowledge mastery and understanding ability,ability to stimulate learning interest,problem-solving ability,communication ability and understanding ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of experiential teaching in clinical teaching of hematology internal medicine nursing department had a good effect,which could significantly improve teaching quality and enhance interns'mastery of nursing knowledge,and had high practical value.
