Effects of entecavir and tenofovir on patients with hepatitis B
Objective To analyze the influence of entecavir and tenofovir on hepatitis B patients, and to explore better medication methods. Methods A total of 84 patients with hepatitis B from May 2020 to May 2022 in Tenzhou Central People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group according to random number table methed. The patients in the control group were treated with entecavir, and the patients in the observation group were treated with tenofovir. The surface antigen titer, surface antibody titer, liver function index, liver fibrosis index, total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the surface antigen titer of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the surface antibody titer was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.845,P<0.05).No adverse reaction was found in the two groups during treatment. The PTA,AST,TBIL and ALT index of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CIV,LV,PIIINP and HA indicators in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group had lower indicators than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of entecavir and tenofovir on hepatitis B patients were different, among which tenofovir had a better therapeutic effect, which could better improve liver function, reduce liver fibrosis, increase antibody titer and reduce antigen titer.
