The application of evidence-based nursing in tension-free herniorrhaphy of oblique inguinal hernia
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in tension-free herniorrhaphy of oblique inguinal hernia,so as to provide better nursing services for patients. Methods A total of 116 patients with oblique inguinal hernia treated in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were taken as the research objects. All patients were treated with tension-free herniorrhaphy of unilateral oblique inguinal hernia. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 58 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The postoperative various rehabilitation indexes, incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The first time of getting out of bed, exhaust time, eating time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.45%,which was significantly lower than 13.79%in the control group;the nursing total satisfaction rate in the study group was 94.83%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing could effectively promote patients'postoperative recovery, prevent and reduce postoperative complications, and had high patient satisfaction. It had high application value in tension-free herniorrhaphy of unilateral oblique inguinal hernia.
