Observation on the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of high-quality nursing mode in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in Haihe Hospital of Tianjin University from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The patients in the study group received high-quality nursing and the patients in the control group received routine nursing.The blood sugar control effect and the curative effect of pulmonary tuberculosis of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of blood glucose control in the study group was 96.67％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.405,P＜0.05).The total absorption rate of patients in the study group was 93.33％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.320,P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high-quality nursing in the application of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis was better.It could better control the blood sugar level of patients and improve the treatment effect of tuberculosis of patients,which was conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and the improvement of living standard.It was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
