The role of synchronous education and continuous nursing for family members of patients undergoing knee replacement
Objective To explore the application effect of synchronous education and continuous nursing for family members of patients with knee replacement.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,86 patients with knee replacement admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and study group using the random digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received synchronous education and continuous nursing for family members.The scores of knee function,quality of life,anxiety,depression and the rate of nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in knee function scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of knee joint function and quality of life in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.074,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of synchronous education and continuous nursing for family member of patients with knee replacement could improve knee function of patients,improve quality of life patients,significantly improve adverse psychology,and had high nursing satisfaction degree,which was worth promoting and applying.
