负压封闭引流技术在深度烧伤创面修复中的效果

目的 研究负压封闭引流技术在深度烧伤创面修复中的作用和效果,为深度烧伤创面修复的治疗提供参考.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的90例深度烧伤患者为研究对象,根据所实施创面修复方式不同将患者分为观察组和对照组各45例.对照组采用常规削痂植皮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用负压封闭引流术治疗.比较两组并发症发生率、疼痛度评分、植皮愈合时间、住院时间及术前、术后各项生命指征.结果 观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.050,P<0.05).观察组疼痛度评分、植皮愈合时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).术前,两组各项生命指征比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组各项生命指征均优于术前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 负压封闭引流技术可确保创面与移植皮之间紧密粘合,充分引流坏死组织和皮下血肿,为肉芽和微血管再生创造良好的恢复环境,且无需局部实施换药处理,有效提高植皮存活率,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用.
The effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology in the repair of deep burn wounds
Objective To study the role and effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology in the repair of deep burn wounds,in order to provide reference for the treatment of deep burn wounds.Methods A total of 90 deep burn patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to different wound repair methods implemented,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine scab removal and skin grafting treatment,while the observation group received negative pressure sealing drainage surgery for treatment on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,pain degree score,skin grafting healing time,hospital stay and various vital signs before and after surgery of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.050,P<0.05).The pain degree score,skin graft healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in the various vital signs between the two groups(P>0.05);after surgery,the various vital signs in both groups were better than those before surgery,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage technology could ensure close adhesion between the wound and the transplanted skin,fully drain necrotic tissue and subcutaneous hematoma,create a good recovery environment for granulation and microvascular regeneration,does not require local dressing changes and effectively improve the survival rate of skin grafting,shorten hospital stay,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
