Study on the influence of nursing risk management in outpatient venous blood collection
Objective To observe the effect of nursing risk management in outpatient venous blood collection,to summarize the effective nursing management methods for outpatient venous blood collection patients,so as to reduce nursing risk and promote the successful completion of blood collection.Methods A total of 124 patients with venous blood collection in the Outpatient Department of Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-Ⅰ Memorial Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into routine management group and risk management group,with 62 cases in each group.Patients in the routine management group were given routine outpatient venous blood collection nursing management,and patients in the risk management group were given nursing risk management on the basis of the routine management group.The incidence of nursing risk events and the satisfaction rate of nursing of patients between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the risk management group was 1.61%,which was significantly lower than 11.29%in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.810 3,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the risk management group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than 80.65%in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.051 9,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in outpatient venous blood collection had a good effect,which could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events in outpatient venous blood collection patients,and also improve nursing satisfaction rate of patients.It had high clinical application and research value.
