Research progress in B-ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy is a common acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology, characterized by acute onset and rapid progression. If effective diagnosis and treatment measures are not taken in a timely manner, the patient's condition will worsen and may lead to death of patients. At the same time, ectopic pregnancy has a serious impact on the fertility of patients,so timely treatment is necessary. In order to develop a scientifically reasonable treatment plan for ectopic pregnancy,it is first necessary to make an accurate and reliable diagnosis of the patients. There are many factors that affect ectopic pregnancy, and it is difficult to accurately diagnose patients solely through clinical inquiry and symptom observation. At present, medical imaging is mainly used for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in clinical practice, which includes various methods.Different diagnostic methods have different advantages, disadvantages, and applicable conditions. At present,B-ultrasound is most widely used in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, including two methods:abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound.Related studies have shown that B-ultrasound diagnosis has high diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,as well as the characteristics of simple operation, convenience, and non-invasive,with high patient acceptance. Therefore,in recent years, many scholars have conducted rich research on the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy using B-ultrasound,especially in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy using vaginal B-ultrasound and the combination of vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound,which have made many progress. This article reviews the research progress on B-ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
