Clinical nursing progress of intracranial aneurysm intervention operation
Intracranial aneurysm is a kind of cerebrovascular disease with great harm to human body,which may occur at any age,and the middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years old are the high incidence population of this disease.Patients often do not have obvious discomfort symptoms at the initial stage of the disease.With the progress of the disease condition,once the tumor ruptures and bleeds,it will lead to severe consequences of disability or death of patients.The preferred treatment method for intracranial aneurysms is craniotomy,which has the advantage of completely removing the lesion for patients,effectively controlling the intracranial pressure of patients,and avoiding recurrence of patients.However,this operation has high requirements for patients,especially the patient's tolerance needs to be fully considered.If the patient's tolerance is poor,it needs to be treated by interventional surgery.For patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing interventional surgery,it need to do a good job of nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients,strengthen their nursing effect,and help patients to make adequate preparations.Therefore,this article analyzes the characteristics of intracranial aneurysms,and reviews the research progress of the specific clinical nursing measures of interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms,hoping to provide useful reference for relevant medical workers.
