Nursing progress in postoperative rehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty
In clinical practice,total knee arthroplasty is mainly suitable for joint stiffness,flexion and extension disorders caused by knee osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease,mainly affecting middle-aged and elderly patients.Artificial total knee arthroplasty can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,significantly improve their limb function,and improve their quality of life.It has a high rate of treatment excellence and safety.The degree of postoperative knee-joint function recovery of patients not only depends on the surgical effect,but also has an inseparable relationship with their postoperative health recovery and functional exercise.Early scientific and effective functional exercise has a good promoting effect on preventing joint adhesion and restoring joint function.The targeted functional exercise and scientifically effective rehabilitation training for patients in the early stages,as well as the application of effective nursing measures,can promote natural function recovery of body,maintain joint stability,prevent complications and disuse syndrome,and significantly improve patients'pain and knee-joint function.This article reviews the nursing progress of postoperative rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty,in order to provide help for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with total knee arthroplasty.
