Progress of ultrasound image reporting and data system in the diagnosis of breast nodules
As one of the common clinical diseases,breast nodules have a certain malignant transformation rate.The number of pathogenesis people of breast nodules is increasing year by year at present,due to the certain probability of cancerous transformation in breast nodules,some lesions may develop into breast cancer,therefore,early detection,early diagnosis and treatment of breast nodules should be emphasized.Improving the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis in clinical practice is of great value for improving patient prognosis in the early stage.At present,imaging diagnosis is the most important diagnostic method in the diagnosis of breast nodules,including magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),X-ray imaging,single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),ultrasound imaging,functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),etc.,ultrasound is the most common and convenient imaging method in clinic.This paper first summarizes the clinical and pathological features of breast nodules,reviews the clinical progress of breast ultrasound image reporting and data system in the diagnosis of breast nodules,including conventional ultrasound features of breast nodules,Doppler ultrasound features of breast nodules,contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of breast nodules,and ultrasound fusion technology of breast nodules,in order to provide help for the appication of breast ultrasound image reporting and data system in the diagnosis of breast nodules.
