饮食护理结合健康教育在胃溃疡中的干预效果

摘要
目的 分析饮食护理结合健康教育在胃溃疡中的干预效果,为提升临床干预效果提供参考.方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月天津市第三中心医院收治的胃溃疡患者2 203例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组1 101例和观察组1 102例.对照组采用健康教育护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用饮食护理.比较两组自我护理能力评分、心理状态评分、护理满意率.结果 护理后,观察组ESCA各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理总满意率为97.82％,高于对照组的95.46％,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.477,P＜0.05).结论 饮食护理结合健康教育在胃溃疡中应用效果明显,有助于改善患者临床症状、心理状态,提升患者自我护理能力水平及护理满意率,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of dietary nursing combined with health education in gastric ulcers,and to provide reference for improving clinical intervention effect.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,a total of 2 203 patients with gastric ulcers treated in Tianjin Third Central Hospital were selected.They were divided into control group of 1 101 cases and observation group of 1 102 cases using the random number table method.The control group received health education nursing,while the observation group received dietary nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-nursing ability score,psychological state score and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the ESCA various scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.82％,which was higher than that in the control group with 95.46％,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.477,P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary nursing combined with health education in gastric ulcers had a significant effect,which helped to improve clinical symptoms and psychological status of patients,enhance self-care ability level and nursing satisfaction rate,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
