Effect of psychological nursing on postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors,in order to provide nursing guidance for postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods A total of 54 patients with malignant tumors who were treated in the Gynecology Department of Xintai People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into psychological nursing group and routine nursing group using the random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The routine nursing group only received routine nursing intervention,while the psychological nursing group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing group.The scores of negative psychological states,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the psychological nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the psychological nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the psychological nursing group was 92.6%,which was higher than 74.1%in the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.631,P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological malignant tumors not only brought great harm to the patient's body,but also caused significant psychological burden on patients.The effective implementation of psychological nursing intervention could alleviate the patient's negative psychology such as depression and anxiety,improve quality of life and satisfaction rate,and which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
