Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of gynecological laparoscopy patients
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative recovery of gynecological laparoscopic patients, and to provide assistance for better recovery of gynecological laparoscopic patients. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Gynecology Department of Xintai People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into rapid rehabilitation nursing group and routine nursing group using the random number table method, with 49 patients in each group. The routine nursing group only received routine postoperative nursing intervention, while the rapid rehabilitation nursing group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing group. The pain scores, recovery time of postoperative indicators and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups were compared. Results At 4,12,24 and 48 hours postoperatively, the VAS scores of the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time of eating, first time of getting out of bed activity, first time of anal exhaust and hospitalization time in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were all shorter than those in the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was 93.88%,which was higher than 73.47%in the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.631,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention measures in the nursing of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery could effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain of patients, and improve the satisfaction rate of postoperative nursing. It was worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
