Effect of targeted nursing on perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatic surgery
Objective To explore the effect and value of targeted nursing on perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatic surgery from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received targeted nursing. The clinical indicators, incidence of complications and the scores of nursing statisfaction degree between two groups were compared. Results The amount of blood loss, operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than 28.57%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.737,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the nursing satisfaction scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing during the perioperative period could change clinical indicators. It could also prevent the risk of complications, ensure the quality of care, improve patients'satisfaction degree, and actively cooperate with various guidance and operations. At the same time, targeted nursing could also implement different nursing measures according to different situations, better meet the psychological and physiological needs of patients, stabilize their psychological state, reduce fluctuations, close the nurse patient relationship, establish trust and dependence, accelerate recovery speed, and change prognosis outcomes, which was worth promoting in clinic.
