The impact of refined nursing on patients with gouty arthritis
Objective To analyse the effect of implementing refined nursing for patients with gouty arthritis,in order to explore effective nursing plans for gouty arthritis patients.Methods Ninety patients with gouty arthritis admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-Ⅰ Memorial Hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into routine group and refined nursing group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the routine group received routine nursing interventions,while patients in the refined nursing group received refined nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing.The pain relief time,morning stiffness time,joint swelling index,pain score,treatment and nursing compliance rate and nursing quality score between two groups were compared.Results The pain relief time and morning stiffness time in the refined nursing group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the joint swelling index and VAS score were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of treatment and nursing in the refined nursing group was 95.56％ ,which was higher than 80.00％ in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.074 8,P=0.024 3).The nursing attitude,nursing methods,nursing effects and nursing skill scores in the refined nursing group were all higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing for patients with gouty arthritis had a good effect,which could alleviate related symptoms of patients,reduce pain,improve patients'treatment and nursing compliance and nursing quality,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
