Study on the therapeutic effect of support and blue light on neonatal pathological jaundice
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of support and blue light therapy on neonatal pathological jaundice, and to provide more effective treatment measures for neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods Sixty newborns with pathological jaundice admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received support and blue light therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. The myocardial enzyme indicators, bilirubin indicators and treatment efficacy between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of LDH,CK-MB and a-HBDH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IBIL,TCB and TBIL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33% ,which was higher than that in the control group with 73.33% ,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Support and blue light therapy had shown good effects in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice, which could effectively improve myocardial function, reduce bilirubin levels, and enhance treatment efficacy. It was worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
