经皮全脊柱内镜技术的应用进展

近年来,脊柱外科疾病患者数量明显增多.颈椎、胸椎和腰椎等许多脊柱外科疾病,都需要接受手术治疗.而传统手术因对患者身体创伤大、术后并发症发生率高等缺陷,应用频率逐渐下降.在医学技术的发展下,多种新型技术被应用于临床手术中.经皮全脊柱内镜技术的优势为微创性、高效性和安全性.基于该技术的优势,临床已经有不少脊柱外科医生在对患者实施手术治疗时,采用经皮全脊柱内镜技术.随着该技术在临床脊柱外科中应用频率的增加,其手术适应证逐渐扩大,且越来越多的患者开始关注该技术.不过,受多种因素的影响,仍有部分地区医疗机构缺乏对经皮全脊柱内镜技术的了解,导致脊柱外科缺乏对该技术的有效应用.因此,本文对经皮全脊柱内镜技术的临床应用进展进行综述,以期为脊柱外科疾病的治疗提供参考方案.
Application progress of percutaneous total spinal endoscopy
In recent years,the number of patients with spinal surgery disease increases significantly.Many spinal surgical diseases,such as cervical spine,thoracic spine and lumbar spine,need to receive surgical treatment.However,the frequency of traditional surgery is gradually decreasing because of its defects,such as great trauma to body of patients and high rate of postoperative complications.With the development of medical technology,a variety of new technologies have been applied in clinical surgery.The advantages of percutaneous total spinal endoscopy are minimally invasive,efficiency and safety.Based on the advantages of this technology,many spine surgeons have used percutaneous total spinal endoscopy in the surgical treatment of patients in clinical practice.With the increasing frequency of application of this technique in clinical spinal surgery,the indications of this technique are gradually expanding,and more and more patients begin to pay attention to this technique.However,due to a variety of factors,there are still some medical institutions in some areas lack of understanding of percutaneous total spinal endoscopy technology,leading to the lack of effective application of this technology in spinal surgery.Therefore,this paper reviews the clinical application progress of percutaneous total spinal endoscopy,in order to provide reference plan for the treatment of spinal surgery disease.
