Research progress on minimally invasive surgery treatment of colorectal cancer
Colorectal cancer is the common clinical malignancy type, with high incidence rate and mortality, which it poses the serious threat to the physical and mental health and life safety of patients. It is necessary to treat effectively as early as possible.Surgery is the main way of clinical treatment of colorectal cancer, which can achieve certain therapeutic effects and help to prolong the life cycle of patients.Patients with carcinoma in situ and early stage can even be cured by surgery. With the development and progress of medical technology, laparoscopy, robot operating system and other minimally invasive technologies have gradually replaced the traditional open surgery as the preferred surgical method for the treatment of colorectal cancer due to their advantages of small trauma, complete lesion resection and fast postoperative recovery. They have made significant progress in the field of colorectal cancer treatment and achieved good effect. From open surgery to laparoscopic surgery, robot operating system, colorectal cancer surgical treatment equipment, instruments and technology are becoming more and more scientific and technological, and the accuracy is constantly improving, which significantly improves the effectiveness and safety of colorectal cancer treatment. The clinical analysis of minimally invasive surgery treatment for colorectal cancer has become the research focus. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of minimally invasive surgery for colorectal cancer,in order to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.
