摘要

Xpert MTBRIF即利福平耐药实施荧光定量核酸扩增技术,是一种常见的诊断技术,主要应用于结核病的诊断.在当前临床研究中发现,结核病患者出现耐药性的概率相对较高,当患者出现耐药性后会影响其治疗效果及自身健康,为此在患者管理过程中应该以耐药性试验检测分析为主,帮助患者做好疾病筛查评价,并在诊断过程中给予患者科学的诊断.以XpertMTBRIF试验作为结核病诊断技术,能够满足患者的诊断需求,对患者疾病的评价有一定帮助,同时该项试验分析过程中,也能够针对不同结核病人群进行筛查.鉴于此,本文对XpertMTBRIF在结核病诊断中的研究进展进行了综述,力图能够为结核病诊断技术选择提供帮助,为结核病患者诊断提供依据,以提高结核病临床诊断处置能力.

Abstract

Xpert MTBRIF(rifampicin resistance fluorescent quantitative nucleic acid amplification)is a common diagnostic technique,which is mainly used in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.In current clinical studies,it is found that the probability of tuberculosis patients developing drug resistance is relatively high,and the occurrence of drug resistance in patients will affect their treatment effect and own health.Therefore,drug resistance test detection and analysis should be the main method in the process of patient management to help patients do a good job in disease screening evaluation and scientific diagnosis should be given to patients in the diagnosis process.Xpert MTBRIF test as a diagnostic technology for tuberculosis can meet the diagnostic needs of patients,and has certain help in the evaluation of patients'disease.At the same time,during the analysis of this test,it can also be used for screening of different tuberculosis populations.In view of this,this paper reviews the research progress of Xpert MTBRIF in tuberculosis diagnosis,and tries to provide help for the selection of tuberculosis diagnosis technology and provide basis for the diagnosis of tuberculosis patients,in order to improve the capacity of tuberculosis clinical diagnosis and treatment.
