Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of compliance with pediatric nebulization inhalation
Nebulization inhalation is a type of treatment method that converts drugs into mist through high-speed oxygen flow, and then inhales them into the body through the respiratory tract to achieve therapeutic goals. This treatment method can directly act on the respiratory tract, due to its non-invasive and high safety,it is commonly used for the treatment of respiratory system diseases, such as respiratory infections, and it can also eliminate inflammation and edema in the body, achieve the goals of spasmolysis, thinning phlegm solution and expectorant removal.Nebulized inhalation is characterized by painlessness, rapid onset and minimal medication use,and is currently widely used in clinical treatment of pediatrics. However, during nebulization therapy, the phenomenon of poor compliance in children is more prominent.Due to the psychological and physiological development stage of the child, there is often resistance to treatment that stimulates the oral and pharynx. Most children are prone to negative emotions such as irritability and fear, and due to their young age, they often experience phenomenon such as crying and refusing to cooperate with treatment, which can affect the effectiveness of treatment. Therefore,it is should explore the influencing factors and implement reasonable and effective intervention measures to improve the compliance of children, then improve clinical effect. This paper reviews the research progress on the influencing factors and intervention measures of compliance with pediatric nebulization inhalation,in order to provide assistance for the treatment of pediatric nebulization inhalation.
