摘要
无偿献血是一项需要全民参与的社会系统工程,也是一项全民共识的工程,需要无偿献血者、政府机构、社会组织等多个层面的人群共同参与和配合才能完成,其中自愿无偿献血者具体指的是自愿共享自身血液的个体.随着经济、科技的发展,互联网+时代在快速进步,同时越来越多的社会人群获取信息的方式在发生改变.如何长期维持稳定的招募策略,保障临床血液供应,构建无偿献血长效机制,为此需要加强健康宣教管理.本文从无偿献血者献血动机(积极动机与消极动机)人手,探讨了传统宣教方式在无偿献血招募中的应用不足,总结了互联网+健康宣教在无偿献血招募中的应用进展,具体措施包括创新健康宣教模式、强化志愿者管理措施、促进高校无偿献血工作、制订用血返还机制等,最后表明了互联网+健康宣教在无偿献血招募中具有重要价值,能促进无偿献血工作持续、健康发展.
Abstract
Voluntary blood donation is a social system project that requires the participation of the entire population and is also a national consensus project,which requires the joint participation and cooperation of multiple levels of people,such as voluntary blood donors,government agencies and social organizations,to be completed,and voluntary unpaid blood donors specifically refer to individuals who voluntarily share their own blood.With the development of economy and technology,the internet plus era is making rapid progress,while more and more social groups are changing their ways of obtaining information at the same time.How to maintain a stable recruitment strategy in the long term,ensure clinical blood supply,and establish a long-term mechanism for voluntary blood donation requires strengthening health education and management.This article starts with the motivation of voluntary blood donors(positive motivation and negative motivation),discusses the inadequacy of the application of the traditional way of publicity and education in voluntary blood donation recruitment,and summarizes the application progress of internet plus health education in voluntary blood donation recruitment,the specific measures include innovating the health education model,strengthening volunteer management measures,promoting voluntary blood donation work in colleges and universities,and formulating a blood return mechanism.Finally,it shows that internet plus health education has important value in voluntary blood donation recruitment,and can promote the sustainable and healthy development of voluntary blood donation work.
