The therapeutic effect of Feilike mixture combined with glucocorticoids on pediatric pneumonia
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Feilike mixture combined with glucocorticoids on children with pneumonia,to provide reference for the clinical treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods Sixty pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group,using computer randomization.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,while the study group was treated with a combination of Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,incidence of adverse drug reactions,levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP),and treatment efficacy between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67％ ,which was higher than that of the control group with 80.00％ ,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.043,P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,wheezing,lung rales,and cough symptoms in the study group was shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.33％ ,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.00％ ,and the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.161,P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Feilike mixture and glucocorticoids had clinical advantages in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.It not only had high safety,but also accelerated the disappearance of symptoms and effectively regulated the levels of inflammatory factors in the human body.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
