Value of humanized nursing for patients with radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma
Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing for patients with radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, and to explore better nursing methods for patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma who agreed to undergo radical resection in Tianjin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Nankai Hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications, pain assessment and nursing satisfaction rate after nursing between two groups of patients were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44% ,which was significantly lower than 20.12% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.244,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, the pain scores of the two groups significantly decreased compared to before nursing and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 84.44% ,which was significantly higher than 55.56% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.942,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma undergoing radical resection treatment, implementing humanized nursing could provide comprehensive and effective intervention for patients, reduce complications of patients after nursing, improve quality of life, and effectively improve nursing satisfaction rate.It was worthy further promotion and application in clinical practice.
